Collage design for a small boutique line. Subtle watercolors echo these painted dresses, resonating the feelings of her art. Classic and gorgeous all at once. Another great Flash design from designedmemory.... More
Design and the Elastic Mind explores the reciprocal relationship between science and design in the contemporary world by bringing together design objects and concepts that marry the most advanced scientific research with attentive consideration of human limitations, habits, and aspirations. This Web site presents over three hundred of these works, including fifty projects that are not featured in the gallery exhibition. Originally launched in February of 2008.... More
Contrary to its name, MLC operates out of London, England. As one of Britain's most innovative property companies, this site helps set them apart from the standard fare expected of a conventional property development firm. The redesigned Nonesuch Records website features a complete overhaul of the site’s content, features, design and technology to provide Nonesuch and its artists with a robust, attractive new platform to directly interact with fans—introducing them to new artists and genres; supporting their exploration via blogs, radio players, videos and music tracks; and then driving them to purchase. The entire site is built on a customized Drupal-based content management platform that can be easily updated and fully supported by Nonesuch’s own resources.... More
An exceptional restaurant and celebrity chef (Starr Restaurants) deserves a modern Flash site with sharp transitions, perfect execution and appetizing presentation. The "flavor profiles" of this design tantalize the user to explore the aesthetic and gastronomic qualities of the restaurant in this full-screen Flash presentation. Check out the menu and tour sections where tasty transitions make it feel like the site is being diced and sliced for your dining pleasure.... More
A clean and minimal Flash portfolio for this young, award winning Brazilian architecture group. The website translates their style effectively with a direct user interface. While this site is not really breaking any conventions, sticking to expectations and a certain number of boundaries is always going to be friendly and accessible for your clients. Overall, it's a breeze to navigate.... More
