This library of pixel fonts are not free, but they do have a comprehensive 'Pak' of bitmapped fonts, even including an ambitious Japanese pixel font. They sell for between $19 for single version up to $99 for all 23. The nice part about these sets is they include punctuation and extra characters, so you can have all your little pixels and dots in order.... More
