The graphic work of Christopher David Ryan is an interesting mix of abstract modernist design – and at times, illustrated typography. His work pushes through the rather broad line between design and painting, and tends to exhibit an emotional, yet light mood with color and free-flowing strokes and delicate curves. Quite an interesting hybrid of design and art—that defies standard definitions and categories.
