Technically clean design and personable designers seem to go hand in hand at this Paraguayan agency. They pride themselves on creating attractive work, but they also play well together as a team. Which is more important? Neither! What's more important is they are happy together doing their work, and the end result is that everyone wins!... More
Deeply dark and inviting, Mike's website like his work straddles the line between creative design and front-end development. What we liked very much about this portfolio is the transparency of the process. As a designer specializing in interface design, he reveals all of his previous site iterations, and endears us through his openness, devotion and immersion in the materials of his work. Good job.... Based on a novella by Neil Gaiman, (Sandman comic books) and directed by Henry Selick (Nightmare Before Christmas) this new stop-motion film promises to be an inspiring tale and visual treat. This creation took about 10 years to evolve from a bedtime story to a complete movie, but it's a good thing it did – it is the first movie to be shot in stereoscopic 3-D, making it ideal for a modern 3-D viewing experience. But before you go, be sure to see the eclectic web site and create a button-eyed version of yourself.... More
Online portfolio from Tom Merckx and Fanny Khoo, two print designers who keep a very fine focus on the details. "What's your excuse?" poses the - by now rhetorical - environmental question to the 8-12 "tween" market. It encourages them to save energy at home with a 10-step energy action plan, by way of flash modules and mini-games – which might only be briefly fun for anyone over 12 years old. However, the message of healing the planet, taught to our latest generation of conscious consumers, sponsored by a government agency, is priceless. This site initiates a journey for compassionate, educated kids to learn AND probably teach their parents about positive energy saving habits.... More
